WARRANTY POLICY

Replacement/Return Warranty in our disposable pods will be accepted within 48hrs upon date of purchase from our vendors. The buyer must inform the management of such return, and must ship back the item within the period indicated.

For safety and sanitary purposes, on the following items will not covered by warranty:

If a non-defective item is opened and used, we will not accept it back under any circumstances and they are not subject to a replacement.

Physical damage and problems caused by misuse are not covered by warranty

Any hardware cracking, modification is at your own risk, it will void the warranty.

If the product happens to be faulty at the time of arriving, please inform us immediately prior to using it.

Items offered for clearance sales and other promotional sales are not eligible for return/refund.

Return/refund beyond the indicated period may no longer be accepted.

How To Submit Your Warranty

Please provide the following:

1. Proof of Purchase

2. Details of your concern/issues

3. Product name and quantity

4. Picture/Video of the defective devices (each)

Notes:

It will take around 1-2 days to verify your concern/issues. Once we confirm the problem, we will send a replacement device as soon as possible.

If the flavor or device is unavailable at that time, we will contact you and give you some other options.
